Dynamic Lanes Logistics is a professional dispatch company providing an opportunity for Independent Owner Operators and Small Fleet Owners with Authority to run independently while providing maximum freight selection and highest level of support. We provide service to carriers with fresh MCs though it may require additional effort on our part for the first six months. We have contact with brokers willing to service new carriers and with our experience in transportation we will take care of booking your freight but would also share our opinion related to issues or problems you may run into to guide you and assist you during your first year in business.

Our job at Dynamic Lanes Logistics is to make your job easier acting as your back-office. Our ability to secure better rates than others and the flexibility of different service fees, depending on type of equipment, number of trucks and participation on our referral program* translates into a service that pays for itself. Our clients are free to use our services as much as they like with no biding contract and choose where they want to drive. Each dispatcher provides dedicated assistance to no more than 5 trucks each, and we can work with your current customers and brokers or sign you up with new ones. We can run our client’s trucks OTR (over the road) or Regional with exceptionally good rates and set up their company as well with factoring services if needed. Signing up with Dynamic Lanes Logistics means that you as a client will not need to look for loads and make a lot of phone calls while driving anymore.  We take care of all your paperwork and communication on your behalf with brokers, shippers, and factoring companies, just to mention a few so everything will be completed and emailed for you.

Our Dispatch Service setup packet is simple. When you decide to start working with us, we will send you a link to provide all documentation required. Once we receive all required documents, we will set you up in our system and schedule your truck for dispatch in the next 12 to 24 hours. Here is a list of all documents to be filled out and signed up:

  1. Dispatch Service Agreement
  2. Carrier Profile Form
  3. Copy of MC Authority Certificate
  4. Copy of Insurance Binder (Acord Format)
  5. W-9 Form
